I certify that all statements made by me on this registration application are true. I am aware that if any of the foregoing statements made by me are willfully false, I am subject to fines per ordinance 2021-005.
Inspections can be performed on any day and time you normally operate. This office will attempt to make you aware of the day we intend to inspect your facility. There will be at least two inspections performed during the calendar year.
Any owner or operator who violates any provision of Subsection 11-12.2.1 Chapter 11 shall be subject to the following fines, plus reimbursement to the Borough of any and all maintenance, service and/or clean up necessitated by said violation and all associated costs and damages and re-inspections.
  • First Offense: up to $500.00 per day until the violation is corrected.
  • Second Offense: up to $1,000.00 per day until the violation is corrected.
  • Third or More Offenses: $2,000.00 per day until the violation is corrected.
After this application is reviewed for completeness, you will receive an email for a fee of $100 which is the cost of two inspections at $50 each. Please pay the fee with the link provided or send in a check to this office per the instructions you will receive. Failure to pay the fee for inspection may result in a violation with fines.
