The application, with supporting documentation, must be filed with the Office of the Township Clerk and must be delivered to the Land Use Board professionals for review at least fifteen (15) business days prior to the meetlng at which the application is to be considered.
Instructions
Please supply a copy of the following items to the Joint Land use Board (JLUB) Secretary 15 days prior to meeting date for review. Once approved by JLUB Secretary, please provide copies to the Professionals listed at the bottom of page within 10 calendar days.
- Copy of checklist.
- Completed application.
- Site plans or associated drawings.
- Description of request, identification of ordinance section variance is requested from or copy of Denial from Zoning Official on application.
- Setbacks of existing buildings and proposed structure(s) noted onsite plan/survey and drawn to scale.
- Subdivision plans — if required.
- Request by applicant for waiver of one or more of the submission requirements stated on application.
- Photos, and "google earth" of property.
- Photos of property from street and to neighboring properties to illustrate any impacts on neighboring properties.

I, the applicant, an authorized representative of the property owner, which is a corporation or partnership, applying to the Land Use Board of the {[CNAME]} for permission to subdivide a parcel of land Into six (6) or more lots, applying for a variance to construct a multiple dwellings of twenty-five (25) or more family units, or for the approval of a gite to be used for commercial purposes, do hereby disclose, pursuant to the requirements of NJSA 40:55D-48:1, the names and addresses of all stockholders or individual partners owning at least 10% of the interest in the partnership which are hereby listed in the property information section on this application.
