I hereby acknowledge and grant the Township of South Orange Village (the “Village”) permission and the right to use my photo entry and the likeness, name or images I have photographed, in any and all publications, illustrations, advertising, marketing, promotions or other media for any purpose, in perpetuity, without compensation, royalty or other right or expectation to compensation. My photos can also be used by me for my personal or professional use. I understand that I am submitting this photo entry, and that my photo may be used by the Village, in perpetuity, for any multitudes or combination of communications, designs, marketing and advertising purposes (including without limitation, Village posters, flyers, communications, branding, logos, murals, websites, blogs, online and offline destination marketing (travel, newspaper, television and billboard advertisements), social media, banners, other marketing and advertising collateral or any other Village use). I acknowledge that photo credit is NOT guaranteed for all uses of images. In addition, I hereby irrevocably authorize the Village to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo and I hereby waive the right of review, inspection or approval of any use of the photo by the Village in any form.
RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
I acknowledge that my participation in this regard is voluntary and I have the authority to provide this release and the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use, reuse, publish, edit, alter, exhibit and/or distribute my photo as stated above. I hereby release and hold harmless the Village along with their respective employees, agents, affiliates, sponsors, or other representatives from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of the use of my photo which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
