This Permit is issued upon the condition and understanding that all work is to be done in strict accordance with Township standards and specifications listed above. The contractor shall perform all work necessary for the total installation of the work covered by this permit. Tis includes - quality control inspections necessary for conformance with the specifications. This permit becomes null and void unless exercised within one (1) year from the date of issue. The permitee shall not place the walks until the forms have been inspected by the Township Public Works Inspector.
