Application for Open Space Community (OSC)

  1. Submission Process:

    • All documents and supporting information must be uploaded via the city’s website and data portal.
    • Avoid including sensitive or personal information as the application becomes public record.
  2. Application Process:

    • This applies to Open Space Community (OSC) applications that do not require a change in the underlying zoning.
    • Applications must be submitted to Community Development according to the OSC schedule.
    • The applicant or a representative must attend the Concept Plan Review.
    • After the application is deemed complete, it will undergo review by city and county staff.
    • Public notice signs will be posted by Community Development staff.
    • The application will be presented to the Mayor and Council as an "Other Business" agenda item.
  3. Public Notice Requirements:

    • Property must be posted for 30 days before the Mayor and Council meeting date. Signs will be posted by Community Development staff.

 

Rezoning Application Instructions

  1. Submission Process:

    • All documents must be uploaded via the city’s website and data portal.

  2. Application Process:

    • Applications must be submitted with all required documents.
