The person to whom such permit is issued and the owner or tenant of the premises on which such sale or activity is conducted shall be jointly and severally responsible for the maintenance of good order and decorum on the premises during all hours of such sale or activity. No such persons shall permit any loud or boisterous conduct on said premises nor permit vehicles to impede the passage of traffic on any roads or streets in the area of such premises. All such persons shall obey the reasonable orders of any member of the Police or Fire Department in order to maintain the public health, safety and welfare. All permitted premises shall be subject to the ordinances of the Borough and shall be subject to inspection at all times by the Building inspector, or any of their agents or any other duly authorized representative of Borough of Lodi.

The Borough of Lodi also accepts electronic check payments using our online payment service. Payments will be charged to your checking or savings account at your bank. You will need your 9-digit routing number, as well as your account number from your personal checks. A per transaction service fee of $1.50 will be charged by the payment processing company for this service.
Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed by the Borough Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
If your application is approved you will receive an email with further instructions to pay and obtain your permit. If your application is denied, you will receive an email notifying you of the reason for denial.
