Zoning Considerations• Structures - Maximum 30 ft high / 2 stories• Accessory Buildings - In all residential zones, the height of any accessory building shall in no case exceed the height of the principal building, and no accessory building shall contain a dwelling unit.• Fence Height - Maximum 3 feet in the first 25 feet of front property line, maximum 6 feet in rear and side yards. For a corner lot, solid fence in first 25 ft of property shall be a maximum of 30 inches high, open fence can be a maximum of 36 inches high.• Living Fence - Minimum 2 inches from property line
Zoning Officer Review is required for any expansion or changes to Improved Lot Coverage. Examples but not limited to:•

Homeowner must provide a scaled copy of property survey no older than 5 years old (inclusive of the word being performed, including sidewalks, driveways, sheds, etc.,) with proposed addition or proposed plans to scale.
Survey and or plans must include an Impervious surface breakdown, and the location of new structure – to scale. All setbacks (distances from front, side and rear yards) must be indicated as well as size and square footage of proposed addition. All additions and dormers must submit certified height of structure above curb height.
Upon receipt of Zoning Officer approval, applicant must then submit three sets of plans.
Sheds must be 3ft in from rear and side property lines
Pools must be located 10ft in from rear and side property lines
Driveways must be 2ft off side yard property line
