By signing this, I hereby give permission to the Planning Department to enter property to make an inspection or take pictures if necessary. I understand that all of the above information must be complete, with attachments and fees in order for the application to be accepted and processed. No action can be taken until the Board of Supervisors meet on the first Monday of the following month. Once an approval has been ratified by the Board, I, the applicant must file for any required permits. I also understand that if my application has been submitted by the first Friday of the current month, I will be scheduled for a hearing on third Wednesday.
