Vending License Fees:
The person in possession of any such machine, which is designed to vend a variety of such products or merchandise at the customer's option by means of inserting currency of any kind, regardless of the amount of the deposit, shall pay a fee of thirty dollars ($30.00) per annum for each such machine so operated in the village.
The person in possession of any cigarette vending machine, regardless of the sum required to be deposited therein, shall pay a fee of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per annum for each such machine so operated in the village.
The village clerk shall issue a decal, tag, or sticker for each such machine to be so operated by the applicant in the village. The person in possession of each such machine shall be responsible to make certain that such decalcomania, tag or sticker is affixed to the front of the machine or to the front of a stand or bracket supporting such machine so that it can be readily viewed by the public and the village officials. The village clerk shall issue to the applicant a license for the operation of each machine which shall be posted in a conspicuous place upon each machine so licensed.
