A $300.00 deposit is required of all customers who are renting and request electric service.
This deposit is refunded upon the customer leaving the borough or purchasing a home within the Borough of Blakely after the account is satisfied in full.
NO DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED UNLESS THE ACCOUNT IS PAID IN FULL.
Utility' invoices are payable in full by the 15th of each month. Any account balance in arrears is considered delinquent and will be subject to termination of service. The Borough will take any legal action necessary for the utility to recover money owed for service provided.
